Our Founder
Ericka Watson, Esq. is the visionary behind MyDMD, and is a seasoned expert in privacy law, data strategy, and AI governance with over 20 years of experience designing and scaling global compliance programs. As Principal and CEO of Data Strategy Advisors, she helps organizations navigate evolving data laws while promoting ethical, transparent, and innovative data use. She serves as the ABA Advisor to the ULC Study Committee on Mental Privacy, Cognitive Biometrics, and Neural Data, is a former Chair of the ABA Science and Technology Section, and teaches Ethics, Law, and Social Issues at Northwestern University. Ericka is a passionate advocate for responsible AI, consumer data rights, and equitable technology practices, with a strong focus on advancing pharmacoequity so that all communities have fair access to the benefits of data-driven healthcare innovation.
